I am an Award winning Celebrant, who is relaxed, informal, creative and passionate - designing and delivering joyous, emotive and bespoke Ceremonies, that are filled with love, laughter and memorable moments to treasure - in Bath, Bristol, Somerset and the Cotswolds.
Hello !
I look forward to getting to know you - but in the meantime, here is a bit about 'me' !
I have been married to my husband Cameron, for 34 years and we have a grown up son called Elliot.
I have lived in and around the beautiful and historic City of Bath since I was very young but I also love being by the sea - and am very lucky to also have a base on the West Somerset coast at St Audries Bay, which has a stunning natural waterfall on the beach.
I'm a country girl at heart - I love nature, walks on the beach, watching films, meeting friends and colleagues for a natter over a coffee, art and interior design - and of course dogs - which are my favourite things in the world !
Before becoming a Celebrant, I ran a Doggy Day Care business from our home, which was fun but chaotic with lots of muddy paw prints to deal with every day !
Cameron is a qualified Dog Trainer & Behaviourist and runs our 'Tail-or" made Dog Chaperone Service, which might be of interest if you have a 4 legged member of the family you wish to be at your side, for the "I Do's" x
We have a wonderful little rescue dog called Betty, who has the sweetest soul in the world and we also look after my son's dog Ellie.
I am down to earth, with a bubbly sense of humour. I am very creative and love learning new skills and crafts like pottery and willow sculpture. I try to paint every week if I can, I especially love watercolours and acrylics, and I love going out with my sketchbook.
My role as a Celebrant gives me a wonderful outlet for creative writing - as I love to tell your love story !
I've always worked with people and have enjoyed previous jobs in Recruitment, HR and Charity Fundraising - as well as working as a Project Manager which means I'm extremely organised and there’s nothing I can’t turn into a spreadsheet !!
However, becoming a Celebrant has been THE BEST career change of my life as I'm so passionate about what I do - because it's just the most wonderful job in the world !!!
I don't use any automated systems, CRM, or auto responses - I do everything myself and I don't have a 'Frequently Asked Questions' page on my website because I'd rather talk to you about any questions you have.
